Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard Shipping (USPS First Class/Priority Mail): 3-5 business days - $4.95
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $30
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package ships. You can track your order at [USPS.com].
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your order and being available to receive it. If you have concerns about package theft, consider using a P.O. Box or secure delivery location.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at [your email].
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
